Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional service in all apartments and guest areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensure that housekeeping departmental standards are consistently followed.
- Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
- Report any necessary maintenance items to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies diligently.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications / Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is required.
- Experience in the Switzerland hotel industry is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
