Job Responsibilities

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment across all apartments and guest areas. Key duties include:

  • Performing cleaning duties in all apartments and common areas.
  • Consistently providing professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Ensuring adherence to housekeeping departmental standards.
  • Responding promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
  • Maintaining an inventory of necessary supplies.
  • Reporting maintenance issues as needed.
  • Following departmental policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to all safety and sanitation policies.
  • Assisting other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience is a must.
  • Experience in the Switzerland hotel industry is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
