Job Responsibilities
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment across all apartments and guest areas. Key duties include:
- Performing cleaning duties in all apartments and common areas.
- Consistently providing professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensuring adherence to housekeeping departmental standards.
- Responding promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
- Maintaining an inventory of necessary supplies.
- Reporting maintenance issues as needed.
- Following departmental policies and procedures.
- Adhering to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assisting other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service.
- Performing additional duties as required.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
