Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to perform cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas while consistently delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service. The ideal candidate will ensure that housekeeping departmental standards are followed and respond promptly to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items, such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
- Report maintenance items that require attention.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist other departments as needed to provide optimum service to guests.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is essential.
- Experience in the Switzerland Hotel Industry is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
