Job Description
The Housekeeper is responsible for performing cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas. This role requires a commitment to providing professional, friendly, and engaging service while adhering to housekeeping departmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning in all apartments and guest areas.
- Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures, as well as all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is essential.
- Experience in the Switzerland hotel industry is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
