Job Description: Housekeeper
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and providing excellent service throughout all apartments and guest areas. Your ability to follow established housekeeping standards and assist with special guest requests will be essential to ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensure that housekeeping departmental standards are adhered to.
- Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
- Report maintenance needs as they arise.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure exceptional service to guests.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Residing in Switzerland is a must.
- Previous housekeeping experience is required.
- Experience in the Swiss hotel industry is a plus.
