We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas. Your focus will be on delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service while ensuring that our housekeeping departmental standards are adhered to. You will also be expected to respond to guests’ special requests in a timely manner and maintain an inventory of necessary supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas.
- Consistently offer professional and friendly service to all guests.
- Ensure adherence to housekeeping departmental standards.
- Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
- Report necessary maintenance items.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures diligently.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal service to guests.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Must reside in Switzerland.
- Previous housekeeping experience is required.
- Experience in the Switzerland hotel industry is a plus.
