What others do by day, you do best by night—including crafting perfect cappuccinos at 3:00 AM. You are driven to greet the whole world, one person at a time, even when they’re sleepy.

At CitizenM, we don’t limit you to a single role such as 'receptionist' or 'food and beverage' personnel. You will become a champion multitasker—engaging in customer service, acting as a concierge, brewing coffee, mixing cocktails, and solving problems. As a CitizenM Night Ambassador, you are free to be yourself while delivering the exceptional service our guests love. We believe that if you’re having a great experience, our guests will too.

Your Typical Shift

A typical CitizenM shift could include:

• Ensuring everyone receives a warm welcome as soon as they arrive;
• Assisting guests at the self check-in kiosks, since we don’t have a traditional reception desk;
• Cleaning, preparing, and serving delicious hot and cold meals;
• Brewing exquisite coffee or mixing a signature cocktail;
• Being a secret concierge, sharing tips on the best places to visit, eat, shop, or party;
• Maintaining the living room and canteen, arranging food displays for the next shift;
• Addressing any guest requests or demands related to our facilities;
• Handling reservations in our property management system (PMS), including conducting the nightly audit;
• Overseeing operations during the night shifts;
• Caring for our guests, including in emergency situations.

Typical Shifts

Our hotel operates 24/7 with a flexible rotating schedule, including:

• Overnight: 10:15 PM - 7:15 AM;
• Availability to work weekends is required!
