Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising dining room service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Organizing and coordinating the activities of the dining staff for smooth and efficient service.
- Training and mentoring service staff to uphold a high level of professionalism.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Managing stock and supplies in collaboration with the catering manager.
- Working from Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 3 PM.
