Your Typical CitizenM Shift Could Include:

• Ensuring a warm welcome for every guest as they arrive.
• Assisting guests at the self-check-in kiosks (we have no reception desk).
• Preparing and serving delicious hot and cold breakfasts and meals.
• Brewing exceptional coffee or mixing a signature cocktail.
• Acting as a knowledgeable concierge, providing insights about the city’s best attractions, dining, shopping, and nightlife.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the living room and canteen, alongside arranging food displays for the next shift.
• Assisting guests with any requests regarding our facilities (you may even enhance your tech skills!).
• Managing reservations within our property management system (PMS).
• Preparing societyM meeting rooms when necessary.

Typical Shifts

Our hotel operates 24/7, featuring a rotating flexible schedule. Typical ambassador shifts are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. We keep schedules dynamic to accommodate your personal life while ensuring you enjoy your time with us.
