Your Typical Responsibilities

As a citizenM ambassador, your typical shift may include:

• Providing a warm welcome to guests as they arrive.
• Assisting guests at self check-in kiosks, as we operate without a traditional reception desk.
• Preparing and serving delicious hot and cold meals.
• Brewing exceptional coffee or crafting signature cocktails.
• Acting as a secret concierge, guiding guests on the best local spots to explore, dine, shop, or enjoy the nightlife.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of our living room and canteen and arranging food displays for the next shift.
• Addressing guest requests and ensuring their needs are met, while perhaps acquiring new tech skills along the way.
• Managing reservations in our property management system (PMS).
• Preparing societyM meeting rooms when applicable.

Typical Shifts

Our hotel operates 24/7 with a flexible schedule. Typical ambassador shifts are:

• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
