Your Typical citizenM Shift

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring everyone enjoys a warm welcome as soon as they arrive;
• Aiding guests at our self-check-in kiosks (we don’t have a reception desk);
• Preparing and serving delicious breakfast, lunches, and meals;
• Brewing excellent coffee or mixing a signature cocktail;
• Acting as a knowledgeable concierge, answering guests’ queries about the best local spots to visit or dine;
• Maintaining cleanliness in the living room and canteen while preparing food displays for upcoming shifts;
• Assisting guests with requests related to our facilities (you might even develop some tech skills!);
• Handling reservations in our property management system (PMS);
• Preparing societyM meeting rooms when applicable.

Typical Shifts

Our hotel operates 24/7 with a flexible rotating schedule. Typical ambassador shifts are:

• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM;
• 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

We aim to keep things dynamic and consider your preferences, allowing you to enjoy your personal life as well.
