Your Role

As the Director, you will bear overall operational responsibility for the BelArosa Hotel. In this multifaceted leadership position, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a dedicated team of 13 members.
• Ensuring first-class service quality and smooth operations.
• Fostering a genuine culture of hospitality.
• Personally attending to guests to enhance their experience.
• Managing the financial aspects of hotel operations.
• Implementing the operational concept while further developing our offerings and services.
• Achieving optimal occupancy rates.

Close collaboration with the leadership team of the BelArosa Hotel Group will complement your diverse responsibilities.

What You Bring

To thrive in this exciting role, you should have:

• A solid education in hospitality.
• Several years of leadership experience in a demanding hotel environment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on service and excellence.
• A warm and engaging personality that delights guests and develops team members.
• Fluency in German, with good English skills preferred and knowledge of additional languages as a plus.
