Job Offer: Front Desk Operations Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to lead our daily front desk operations. This role encompasses overseeing hotel standard procedures, check-in/out processes, housekeeping, supply management, cleanliness, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of excellence in guest care, ensuring a warm welcome and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Conduct regular operational meetings with branch members to discuss routine matters, departmental performance targets, and guest feedback.
- Manage daily inquiries, complaints, and issues that arise, while staying familiar with the branch functions book for all updates and amendments.
- Liaise daily with the General Manager and Direct Manager to forecast hotel business needs on a weekly basis.
- Maximize financial opportunities by creating a proactive up-selling environment throughout the property.
- Carry out Duty Management shifts as required and conduct regular fire safety audits and health and safety inspections.
- Foster a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
- Conduct regular inspections of all departments concerning guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, and employee grooming.
- Ensure the health and safety of yourself, fellow employees, guests, and any other individuals on the premises.
Qualifications Required
- Resident of Switzerland.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in hospitality management.
- Familiar with Middle Eastern culture.
- Fluent in Arabic, Persian, English, and French.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Hospitality master's degree from a Swiss institution.
- Knowledge of the Swiss tourism market.
- Willingness to travel between company branches in Switzerland.
