About the Role

The Hospitality Coordinator will be responsible for cooking, preparing, ordering, and serving meals for our clients, while also actively participating in the organization of events within the Bank.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly, professional welcome to clients, reflecting the Bank's image and values while adhering to client reception procedures.
  • Maintain a neat dress code and professional appearance.
  • Manage client room reservation programs and HR appointment requests.
  • Handle phone inquiries effectively, ensuring excellent follow-up and service to our clients and bank employees.
  • Utilize IT tools in meeting rooms, including equipment setup for virtual meetings and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of client rooms and manage the service of drinks and hospitality products.
  • Leverage your industry experience to prepare and serve client meals and support event organization within the Bank.
  • Communicate essential information to colleagues for efficient logistical support.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security instructions and provide logistical support during evacuations.
  • Have knowledge of operational risk management, including first aid, fire safety, and evacuation procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the hotel, airline, or catering industry, with a strong background in cooking.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to fulfilling client requests.
  • A flexible and cheerful personality, capable of integrating well into a small team.
  • Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as resource scheduling tools for reservations.
