If you have experience with large machinery, a love for the power under the hood, and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you! If a 100-ton excavator is not a monstrosity to you but rather your work tool, then you might be the one we're looking for.

You will operate a 100-ton hydraulic excavator on challenging demolition and civil engineering projects. You don’t just demolish; you build: special demolition tasks, excavation pits, contaminated site remediation, sheet piles, and retaining walls are your areas of expertise. You will collaborate closely with site management, foremen, and construction management, standing out as a professional among professionals. Taking responsibility for your machine is essential; daily checks, maintenance, and minor repairs will be part of your routine. Safety, quality, and environmental considerations are paramount—these are not just buzzwords for us. You will work in accordance with the standards of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001.

Qualifications & Certificates We Expect:

• Training as a construction machinery operator or substantial professional experience as an operator in civil and demolition work.
• SUVA-recognized construction machinery operator license, Category M2 (hydraulic/crawler excavators).
• Ideally: experience with excavators over 80 t, preferably 100 t.
• Knowledge of civil engineering; experience in special foundation engineering is an advantage (sheet piles, foundations, etc.).
• Driver's license category B (category C is a bonus).
• Motivation for further education and openness to new technologies.
