We are seeking qualified and dedicated Healthcare Specialists EFZ (m/f/d) for our clients, which include leading hospitals, nursing facilities, and home care services. These professionals will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, utilizing their expertise, empathy, and sense of responsibility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Care and support of patients in inpatient and outpatient facilities
- Assistance to qualified nursing staff in diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Performing medical tasks such as vital signs monitoring, wound care, blood sugar measurement, and medication administration
- Promoting patient independence through targeted activation and rehabilitation measures
- Communication with relatives, interdisciplinary teams, and doctors to ensure optimal care
- Documentation of care processes and participation in quality assurance
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
- Experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage
- High social competence, empathy, and enjoyment of working with people
- Structured and independent working style, with strong teamwork skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
