Healthcare Professional EFZ (m/f/d) (80-100%) Sought in Zurich
For our clients—leading hospitals, nursing homes, and home care services—we are looking for qualified and dedicated healthcare professionals EFZ (m/f/d) who can ensure high-quality care with professionalism, empathy, and a sense of responsibility.
Your Tasks:
- Care and support of patients in inpatient and outpatient facilities
- Assisting registered nursing staff with diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Performing medical tasks such as monitoring vital signs, wound care, blood glucose measurements, and administering medications
- Promoting patient independence through targeted activation and rehabilitation measures
- Communicating with relatives, interdisciplinary teams, and doctors to ensure optimal care
- Documenting care processes and participating in quality assurance
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a healthcare professional EFZ
- Experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage
- High social competence, empathy, and enjoyment in working with people
- Structured and independent working style as well as team spirit
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
