Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE + excellent benefits

In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a robust safety culture across multiple construction sites, ensuring compliance, supporting project teams, and upholding the highest health and safety standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits across construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, policies, and industry standards.
• Review site documentation, RAMS, and safety procedures.
• Deliver toolbox talks and support site teams with practical health and safety guidance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying improvement measures.
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the business.
