Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will report to the Director of Group HR and, along with your five-member team, be responsible for the four KNF locations in Sursee, Reiden, Balterswil, and Schenkon. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising leaders on talent management, leadership development, and organizational culture.
• Ensuring effective implementation of all core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Driving HR transformations and process harmonizations.
• Representing HR in Swiss management teams and collaborating with international HR colleagues on global initiatives.

Qualifications
