Job Opportunity: Head of SAP Hub

Location: Paris Extramuros - Freelance (6 months) - 3 Days/week

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of SAP Hub to lead the governance, operations, and evolution of our global SAP landscape. This role is crucial in ensuring service excellence, business alignment, security, and scalability across SAP S/4HANA and ECC6 environments. The Head of SAP Hub will be responsible for SAP run operations, service providers, ERP governance, technical transformation initiatives, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the SAP Hub strategy, governance model, and operating framework.
• Lead and develop the SAP Hub team, managing resources, priorities, and capacity.
• Govern the global SAP S/4HANA Core Model and country rollouts.
• Ensure operational excellence across support, incident, change, release, and service management processes.
• Manage SAP vendors, AMS providers, and service performance against SLAs/KPIs.
• Oversee ECC6 technical services, infrastructure, Basis, HANA, security, and transformation programs.
• Drive risk management, compliance, audit readiness, and business continuity.
• Manage budgets, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

• Extensive SAP leadership experience in global environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC6, SAP Basis, HANA, BTP, and ITSM processes.
• In-depth understanding of SAP Finance.
• Proven experience managing teams, suppliers, and complex SAP programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; SAP/ITIL/PMP certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English required; proficiency in French is an advantage.
