In 2018, our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG launched the world's first autonomous dry-cleaning robot for industrial use – the K900. Since our inception, we have grown rapidly, hiring our first employee in November 2019. Today, we proudly employ nearly 60 individuals at our site in Eschlikon TG. Together, we are revolutionizing how global logistics and industrial companies maintain clean and safe facilities.
Your Mission
You will serve as the strategic architect for European market growth, ensuring KEMARO achieves its ambitious goal of 100% growth in the Europe region through a high-performance sales organization and rigorous financial management.
Your Tasks
- Revenue & P&L Responsibility: You will hold full accountability for the European sales budget, managing the regional P&L to achieve the 100% revenue growth target in the European market.
- Team Leadership & Performance: You will lead the Swiss sales team while providing functional and disciplinary guidance to Area Sales Managers.
- Strategic Pricing & Margin Management: You will be responsible for the operational implementation of new pricing structures and the optimization of dealer margins to accelerate market penetration while safeguarding bottom-line profitability.
- RaaS & Software Sales: You will drive the "Robotics-as-a-Service" (RaaS) approach and promote the sale of software licenses and system integrations to secure high-margin recurring revenue.
- Partner Management: You will lead the global Channel Management organization, directly reporting and executing the channel strategy.
Your Profile
- Sales Expert: Several years of leadership experience in the international sales of complex capital goods, with direct responsibility for regional P&L and revenue targets.
- Scaling Mindset: A proven track record in building partner networks and managing high revenue growth within a scale-up environment.
- Strategic Acumen: Experience with RaaS business models, margin control, and negotiating enterprise-level framework agreements.
- Linguistic Skills: Business-fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
