Job Title: Retail Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee the operations of 20 stores and lead a dynamic team comprising Business Development Managers and back-office staff, totaling around 130 employees. This role represents Swatch Retail and requires an entrepreneurial mindset, along with effective organization and management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the turnover, budget, and sales indicators while setting targets for each store.
• Optimize and develop processes and structures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze and prepare reports and statistics to monitor the growth of the distribution network.
• Manage human resources by supporting and motivating approximately 9 direct reports.
• Assist in the recruitment of management staff.
• Address personnel issues at the point of sale in collaboration with HR and Retail Area Managers.
• Oversee stock and inventory management for the stores.
• Conduct regular store visits in the market to ensure optimal operations.
• Control marketing expenses and cooperate in the planning and implementation of marketing activities both inside and outside the stores.
• Manage the Retail Trainer's development and assist in expanding and optimizing the internal development program.
• Handle all administrative and organizational work related to the renovation and opening of new Swatch Stores and Pop-Up Stores, including preparing business plans, budgeting, and planning.
• Supervise and negotiate contracts for the stores.
• Collaborate with the Retail Development & Visual Merchandising team on related projects like store renovations and VM guidelines.

Profile Requirements

The ideal candidate is a retail specialist with a higher business education and several years of experience in a similar management role in retail, particularly within the fashion or lifestyle sector. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual who can quickly adapt to various tasks and situations due to a perceptive nature and high social competence. Your organizational talent and flexibility will enable you to remain calm, pragmatic, and solution-oriented even in hectic environments. Professional Language Requirements

You must have an impeccable command of German and French and a fluent command of English (Italian proficiency would be an advantage).
