In this strategic position, you will be responsible for evolving the Go-To-Market process and ensuring that the necessary capabilities, technologies, and working methods are in place to support On’s long-term strategy. As a thought partner to the leadership of the product organization, you will design improvements that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and business impact.
About the Team:
You will be part of the Operational Excellence team: an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and talented group focused on elevating the product organization—including innovation, product strategy, design, development, and sourcing—to new levels of effectiveness and performance.
Your Mission:
- Define and design the future state of the product organization processes, capabilities, technologies, and ways of working.
- Develop a clear roadmap for implementing strategic improvements across the product organization.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment by collaborating with innovation, product strategy, design, product development, sourcing, tech, and other functions.
- Partner with senior leaders to co-create and drive the adoption of new frameworks and best practices.
Your Story:
- 8+ years of experience, including approximately 3 years in people management.
- Management consulting background (manager level) or a strategic business function.
- Experience in the consumer industry, ideally in footwear/apparel.
- Proven track record of leading strategic projects at the C-Suite level.
- Functional expertise in designing innovation and new product development (NPD) processes and capabilities.
- Strong ability to synthesize, structure, and simplify complex problems.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align with senior leaders.
- Passion for understanding and advancing On’s vision and long-term business objectives.
