Your primary focus will be to define the future of our brand within the sports sector, particularly by expanding our presence in Tennis and Training. You will create products that resonate with both elite athletes and lifestyle consumers, enhancing our brand’s premium stature.
Your Mission:
- Define and lead a clear, consumer-driven product vision and strategy for footwear, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams around a unified direction that meets both brand aspirations and billion-dollar business objectives.
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing product management team, establishing a standard of excellence in strategic thinking, commercial execution, and collaboration across the entire product creation organization.
- Champion the athlete and consumer voice at the highest level, transforming global insights into distinct product concepts, tiering strategies (from limited editions to commercial scale), and narratives that elevate the brand within sports culture.
- Drive cross-functional alignment among design, development, merchandising, and commercial teams, guaranteeing seamless execution from initial brief to marketplace delivery with clarity, speed, and precision.
- Operate with a unique blend of creativity and business sense, making strategic decisions that emphasize innovation, scalability, and long-term franchise growth, all while navigating a fast-paced product landscape.

- 15 years of demonstrated experience in leading and scaling high-performing product management teams, with a proven ability to set a clear vision and drive decisive actions in complex global organizations.
- A remarkable track record of transforming and scaling lifestyle footwear franchises into key global revenue drivers.
- Strong strategic mindset with experience in developing long-range product plans that identify market opportunities, target consumer profiles, pricing tiers (High/Mid/Low), and regional growth strategies while aligning executive leadership.
- Deep understanding of the global footwear ecosystem, showcasing the ability to create and sustain a product line that captures cultural energy and achieves top-10 global best-selling status across diverse consumer segments.
- Exceptional capability to manage a dual-engine product portfolio, expertly balancing limited-release collaborations that elevate brand presence with high-volume general releases that convert demand into sustained commercial growth.
- A confident and articulate communicator, skilled at influencing executive leadership, managing high-profile external stakeholders, and effectively conveying product narratives from concept to market.
- A leadership style centered on coaching and education—such as academic or mentorship experience in sports product creation—fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment that empowers teams and enhances collective organizational output.
