Position: Head of Private Banking Development
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Head of Private Banking Development in our Swiss Onshore division. This position focuses on the conversion of commercial clients and is handled exclusively by Executive Partners in Geneva.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance private banking services.
- Lead the team in converting commercial clients to private banking clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting private banking.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in private banking or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of commercial banking and client conversion strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
