We are currently seeking a highly motivated Head of Packaging and Order Picking for our client, an established family business located in the Solothurn region. In this pivotal role, you will lead a small team and ensure seamless processing and delivery of products.
Job Description
- Leadership and organization of the packaging and order picking process
- Packing and labeling of in-house produced meat and sausage products
- Compiling deliveries and recording orders for timely provision
- Ordering and managing stock
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
We Expect
- Training and/or experience in the food industry
- Experience with meat and sausage products is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and collegial interaction
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a friendly, motivated, and reliable demeanor
- Structured working approach with consistent adherence to hygiene regulations when handling food
- Flexibility and independence, with reliable transportation
- Willingness to work early hours
- Proficient German language skills
