Job Description

Are you an experienced manager in food production? You will hold a pivotal role, responsible for product safety and traceability while leading a dedicated team of 40–60 employees. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient operation of modern packaging systems, organizing the warehouse for packaging and auxiliary materials, planning workflows, and continuously optimizing processes. Additionally, you will utilize the ERP system to further enhance operations.

• Several years of experience in food production, preferably in dairy products or meat goods.
• Proven management experience and a passion for working with people.
• Independent and responsible working style.
• Expertise in hygiene and quality assurance practices (HACCP).
• Strong knowledge of packaging technology.
• Excellent German language skills and good proficiency in French.
