About KEMARO
Founded in Switzerland in 2016, KEMARO develops autonomous cleaning robots, cloud software, and artificial intelligence for industrial use. In 2018, the company launched the K900, the world’s first autonomous dry-cleaning robot for industrial and logistics facilities. Today, KEMARO employs almost 60 people at its headquarters in Eschlikon and continues to grow internationally. Our solutions help companies in logistics, manufacturing, and industry maintain clean, safe, and efficient operational areas.
As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a Head of Marketing (m/w/d) to help shape our next stage of growth.
Your Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define KEMARO's global go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with the Product, Sales, and executive teams.
- Provide strategic direction across Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a consistent go-to-market approach.
- Challenge and guide Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) selection, positioning, and messaging developed by the Product Marketing team.
- Lead international market expansion and new market entries (e.g., US).
Revenue & Demand Generation
- Define the demand generation strategy and ensure marketing delivers measurable pipeline growth.
- Guide the team in building integrated campaigns across digital marketing, partner marketing, events, and product marketing.
- Ensure marketing investments and campaigns are optimized for commercial impact.
- Own the global marketing budget and allocate investments based on business impact and growth priorities.
Partner & Agency Management
- Define and scale our global partner marketing strategy.
- Enable our international partner network with impactful marketing programs and assets.
- Lead and manage external agencies across key markets to ensure consistent execution and measurable business impact.
Brand & Communications
- Strengthen KEMARO's global brand and thought leadership.
- Ensure consistent messaging and compelling value propositions across all customer touchpoints.
Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of marketing specialists, enabling them to excel in their respective disciplines while ensuring all activities support a coherent marketing strategy.
- Foster close collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, and the executive team.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and CCO on marketing, go-to-market, and commercial growth.
Your Profile
- Proven experience leading B2B marketing for complex products in technology, industrial automation, robotics, MedTech, or similar industries with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the full B2B marketing ecosystem, from go-to-market strategy, product marketing and positioning to demand generation, partner marketing, and international market expansion.
- You grasp how technical products are commercialized and how Marketing, Sales, Product, and partners collaborate to drive business growth.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams, setting a clear vision, coaching specialists, and enabling them to succeed.
- Comfortable switching between strategic leadership and hands-on execution to create the greatest business impact.
- A trusted sparring partner for Sales, Product, and executive leadership, able to challenge assumptions and translate business priorities into marketing strategy.
- Data-driven and commercially minded. You measure success by pipeline, revenue, and business impact—not by marketing activities alone.
- Naturally curious. You enjoy understanding customers, industries, and buying processes before defining strategy and are excited by the challenge of scaling complex B2B technology internationally.
We Offer
- A key leadership role in a fast-growing Swiss robotics company with global ambitions.
- Significant ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape both the marketing organization and KEMARO's global growth journey.
- Participation in our PSOP (Phantom Stock Option Plan), allowing you to share in KEMARO's long-term success.
- A collaborative, international team with flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, and direct access to the executive team.
- Flexible working with up to 50% home office (after the probation period).
- Individual learning and professional development opportunities.
- Regular team events and a culture built on trust, curiosity, and continuous learning.
