In 2018, our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG launched the world's first autonomous dry-cleaning robot for industrial use – the K900. Since hiring our first employee in November 2019, we have grown to nearly 60 employees at our site in Eschlikon TG. Your Mission
You will transform KEMARO into a leading global brand. By leveraging data-driven growth marketing and high-efficiency lead generation, you will help lay the foundation for our international scaling efforts.
Your Tasks
- Growth and Performance Marketing: Lead the marketing team and our AI-powered lead generation toolchain to significantly increase our current lead volume.
- Budget Responsibility: Manage an expanded marketing budget dedicated to targeted advertising, multi-channel campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Product Marketing & Positioning: Collaborate closely with the Product Management Board to develop competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies for new releases.
- Event & Channel Marketing: Plan global trade fair appearances and ensure our distribution partners worldwide are equipped with top-tier marketing assets.
- Brand Management: Establish KEMARO as the leader in autonomous cleaning robotics solutions for industrial applications.
Your Profile
- Marketing Professional: Extensive experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the global commercialization of technical innovations.
- Data Specialist: Strong knowledge of performance marketing, CRM systems, and modern marketing automation tools.
- Creative Strategist: Ability to distill complex technical USPs into compelling messages for diverse target markets (EU, USA).
- Leader: Proven experience leading and inspiring interdisciplinary marketing teams during rapid growth phases.
