Your Role in the D365 F&O Team
As a key member of our D365 F&O team, you will be at the heart of a fast-paced and diverse environment. Your Mission
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive D365 F&O roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on D365 F&O capabilities, functionalities, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies within the D365 ecosystem.
- Evaluate and recommend new solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
- Accountable for hiring decisions to elevate the technical talent within your cluster and actively develop high performers within your team.
Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead technical decisions across Functional Consulting for Dynamics, ensuring alignment with On's overarching tech architecture and providing strategic direction.
- Oversee the technical implementation of D365 F&O, including configuration, customizations, and integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring solutions are scalable and secure.
- Define and enforce standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with ISV solutions and their capabilities.
Influence
- Mentor multiple teams of D365 F&O functional consultants.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Stakeholder Management
- Support the organization in cultivating an inclusive engineering culture that encourages candid feedback and builds strong collaborative relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Project Delivery
- Oversee the successful delivery of D365 F&O projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Proactively manage project risks and issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality.
Your Story
- 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365 (AX, D365 F&O).
- An engineering mindset, always seeking innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Experience leading a team of functional consultants with a strong understanding of D365 F&O modules relevant to supply chain and finance, including:
- Supply Chain Management: Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing
- Finance: General ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
- Manufacturing: Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kanban
- Strong understanding of integration technologies with experience integrating D365 F&O with other systems.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English, with clear articulation that bridges teams globally, ensuring collaborative synergy.
- Strong functional problem-solving abilities.
