Your Mission
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive D365 F&O roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on D365 F&O capabilities, functionalities, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies within the D365 ecosystem.
- Evaluate and recommend new solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
- Accountable for hiring decisions and raising the bar for technical talent across your cluster while actively developing high performers within your team.
- Solution Architecture & Design:
- Accountable for technical decisions and solutions across Functional Consulting for Dynamics, ensuring alignment with On's overarching tech architecture north star and providing strategic technical direction.
- Oversee the technical implementation of D365 F&O, including system configuration, customizations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.
- Define and enforce standards and best practices, having knowledge of ISV solutions and capabilities.
- Influence:
- Mentor multiple teams of D365 F&O functional consultants.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Support the organization in defining an inclusive engineering culture that encourages candid feedback, building strong collaborative relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Project Delivery:
- Oversee the successful delivery of D365 F&O projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard of quality.
Your Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365 (AX, D365 F&O).
- Engineering mindset - always seeking solutions to problems using engineering principles.
- Experience in leading a team of functional consultants, with a strong understanding of D365 F&O modules relevant to supply chain and finance, such as:
- Supply Chain Management: Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing
- Finance: General ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
- Manufacturing: Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kanban
- Strong understanding of integration technologies and experience in integrating D365 F&O with other systems.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English, with clear articulation to ensure collaborative synergy across global teams.
- Demonstrated functional problem-solving skills.
