The Position

The Head of Enrollment oversees all aspects of enrollment operations for our international and bilingual pathways, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for diverse prospective families. This leader will develop strategies to attract and retain students from various backgrounds, aligning enrollment goals with the school’s mission to provide exceptional international and multilingual education. As a visible and trusted partner, the Head of Enrollment leads with empathy and clarity.

This role will be pivotal in shaping the school’s reputation and fostering strong relationships with students, families, and key stakeholders. The Head of Enrollment works in close partnership with other key leadership roles.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven experience in enrollment management, ideally in a bilingual or international school setting
• Strong understanding of international and bilingual education models
• Bilingual in English and German
• Knowledge of language proficiency assessments and multicultural family needs
• Proficiency in CRM systems and enrollment data management
