In this newly created key position in Central Switzerland, you have the opportunity to actively shape and expand two critical areas.

Our client, ROTH AG, located in Malters, is a reputable company within the ROTH GRUPPE AG, renowned for its expert solutions in drywall construction, structural fire protection, and damage restoration. With comprehensive services, ROTH AG supports installers, construction companies, insurance companies, architectural firms, and construction management—competently, solution-oriented, and practically. We are tasked with recruiting a:

Head of Drywall and Fire Protection (100%)

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will assume technical and personnel leadership within both specialist areas, further developing them organizationally and economically. Together with your team, you will remain closely involved in operational activities to understand the nuances of the construction site. You will also think entrepreneurially, maintain a strong focus on numbers and calculations, and confidently engage in discussions and negotiations with customers and partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring qualitatively flawless, timely, and profitable project execution.
• Supporting project management and creating efficient processes.
• Promoting employee development and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Actively participating in the acquisition of new customers and contracts.
• Recognizing market potentials and contributing to the strengthening of the location.

You possess vocational training in the construction or renovation industry and have several years of experience in drywall construction, interior design, structural fire protection, or a related field. Further qualifications, such as a Technical Merchant, or training in project management or construction management, are essential. You are reliable and credible, communicate clearly, and enjoy making decisions. Hands-on involvement and the ability to maintain an overview in dynamic environments are critical attributes for this role. Regular presence on construction sites and interactions with customers, along with confident usage of common MS Office and industry applications, are part of your responsibilities. The workplace is in Malters.
