Your Mission
- Provide strategic leadership and execution for Commercial AI initiatives.
- Set priorities and implementation strategies for Commercial AI in close partnership with stakeholders from the Commercial, Marketing, and Technology teams, ensuring that outputs align with On's broader strategy.
- Build and nurture a high-performing AI team, promoting both formal and informal mentoring while providing growth opportunities to team members.
- Lead the design and implementation of machine learning and AI pipelines to optimize marketing decision-making.
- Develop and refine predictive models such as Customer Lifetime Value, product recommendations, and churn prediction, utilizing advanced machine learning techniques and the latest Generative AI technologies.
- Oversee algorithm performance, including the design of quality assurance metrics and processes, while validating measurable impacts through experimentation.
- Effectively communicate the impact and efficacy of marketing machine learning and AI applications to all levels of the organization.
- Simplify complexity and foster alignment to achieve objectives.
- Drive decision-making and provide valuable input on broader topics, such as platform strategy and integrating supply chain with commercial decision-making.
