Your Mission
- Your primary goal is to provide strategic leadership and execution for Commercial AI initiatives:
- Set priorities and implementation strategies for Commercial AI in close partnership with stakeholders in the Commercial, Marketing, and Technology teams. Anticipate and integrate the varied interests of different teams, ensuring outputs align with the broader On strategy.
- Build and nurture a high-performing AI team. Actively promote formal and informal mentoring while providing growth opportunities for the team.
- Lead the design and implementation of machine learning and AI pipelines to optimize marketing decision-making.
- Develop and refine models such as Customer Lifetime Value, customer product recommendations, and churn prediction, incorporating advanced ML techniques and the latest GenAI technologies.
- Oversee algorithm performance, including the design of QA metrics and processes, while validating measurable impact through experimentation.
- Communicate effectively about the impact and efficacy of marketing ML and AI applications to all levels of the organization.
- Simplify complexity and engage others to achieve objectives, promoting cohesiveness and alignment.
- Drive decision-making and contribute to wider organizational topics such as platform strategy, integrating supply chain and commercial decision-making, and talent strategy.

- You have expertise in ML and AI design and production implementation, with a strong understanding of ML Operations principles and a track record of identifying the right problems to solve at the right time to maximize business impact.
- You possess a proven record in the digital marketing landscape, with clear insights into prediction models, classifiers, user behavior, and website performance.
- You have experience managing high-performing teams, providing space for growth while ensuring high-quality output through appropriate frameworks and monitoring. You quickly identify and resolve issues and blockages within the team.
- You are skilled at communicating complex system behaviors to both executives and non-technical audiences, with experience using data visualization tools and techniques.
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you influence stakeholders and drive consensus. You can identify root causes and resolve issues that hinder the delivery of high-quality AI.
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, exhibiting a proactive attitude while being passionate about solving complex challenges.
- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms (e.g., Vertex AI), Google Cloud, and batch and streaming technologies is a plus.
