Head of Controlling Global Operations (m/f/d)

In this key role, you will lead and develop the global Operations Controlling Organization and act as a strategic business partner to the COO and CFO. You will create transparency, establish standards, and drive performance measurements across our global supply chain and manufacturing network.
Your tasks
- Lead and develop the global Operations Controlling function, overseeing five direct reports and 25 finance teams within Global Operations.
- Enhance financial and operational performance management systems.
- Oversee monthly and annual closings in Operations, focusing on operational profitability and net working capital management.
- Manage the annual budget and Capex planning processes for Operations.
- Provide financial guidance for strategic projects, M&A due diligence, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Support the definition and execution of the global Operations Strategy, including footprint strategy, acquisition integrations, operational excellence, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
- Drive process harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of controlling experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Proven experience in leading global teams or projects.
- Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, and/or Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Strong change management and organizational development capabilities.
- Analytical, quick-minded, and reliable with an operations-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
