Job Description

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be accountable for the quality, consistency, and production of all food items served at our restaurant. Your culinary talents will shine as you personally perform critical tasks, lead staff, and manage all food-related functions with excellence.

  • Coordinate menus focused on vegetarian cuisine while overseeing purchasing, staffing, and food preparation.
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance guest and employee satisfaction, all while adhering to the operating budget.
  • Ensure that sanitation and food safety standards are consistently achieved.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the Indian culinary and food and beverage industry.
