Job Description

You will ensure the complete management of the kitchen and guarantee the quality of services. Your responsibilities will include developing menus based on seasonal products and nutritional or budgetary requirements, coordinating the kitchen team, and actively participating in the training of team members. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety, and internal procedures. You will manage orders, stock, and cost tracking in collaboration with management.
