Our intimate hotel restaurant, featuring approximately 70 seats, offers a modern and creative interpretation of classical Swiss cuisine—regional, fresh, and with a personalized touch. To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated and innovative Head Chef (m/f/d) who is passionate about quality, team leadership, and creative execution.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leadership and organization of the entire kitchen operation
- Development and implementation of a seasonal, regionally influenced menu
- Quality assurance in purchasing, storage, and preparation
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Close collaboration with management
- Compliance with all hygiene and safety standards
What You Bring:
- Completed culinary training and several years of professional experience, ideally with leadership experience
- Passion for high-quality, regional cuisine with a modern twist
- Structured, independent working style and a strong sense of responsibility
