Job Title: Office Administrator

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the smooth organization of our office as well as the flow of information to employees and consultants. Your main tasks include:

  • Leading the administration of the office
  • Maintaining and further developing the CRM system (Cobra) and ensuring the accuracy of customer data
  • Process responsibility for the onboarding and offboarding of mandated consultants, including CRM support
  • Administrative support in accounts receivable and accounts payable management as preparation for accounting
  • Managing contracts and creating minutes for management and board meetings
  • Contributing to concepts for external communication
  • Supporting communication measures for external stakeholders (clients, administration, public authorities, etc.)

Your Profile

  • Experience in administration, ideally in the environment of SMEs, associations, or non-profit organizations
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Fluent in German and French
  • Structured, independent work style and strong organizational talent
  • High service orientation and teamwork skills
