Job Title: Guest Services Employee

The Guest Services Employee is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay. This role serves as a vital point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a positive, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Provide information about apartment facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
  • Handle reservations, bookings, and basic administrative tasks
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person communication
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and courteously

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
