Guest Services Employee

The Guest Services Employee is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay. This role serves as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a positive, welcoming, and memorable experience for all.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Provide information about apartment facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Handle reservations, bookings, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person communication.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and courteously.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
