Your Responsibilities

  • Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts on schedule (PW1100G-JM).
  • Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts.
  • Request and execute engine modifications.
  • Control of executed modifications and configuration on single parts and assemblies.
  • Complete assigned work on time and ensure quality of work.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies including Lean Events, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Continuously improve processes with a focus on quality and safety enhancement.
  • Handle operating equipment in an environmentally conscious manner.
  • Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition.
  • Execute tasks timely with independent self-control of performed orders.
  • Document activities in accordance with regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and implement defined actions promptly.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably specializing in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
  • Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
  • High awareness of safety, quality, and cost controls.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with SAP.
  • Knowledge of English language (level B1); knowledge of German is a plus.
