Responsibilities

  • Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts on schedule (PW1100G-JM).
  • Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts.
  • Request and execute engine modifications.
  • Control executed modifications and configuration on single parts and assemblies.
  • Perform assigned work on time and ensure quality of work.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Continuously improve processes with the aim of enhancing quality and safety.
  • Handle operating equipment in an environmentally conscious manner.
  • Measure control of assemblies in mounted condition.
  • Ensure timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
  • Document activities in accordance with regulations.
  • Perform internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and implement defined actions in a timely manner.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
  • Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA part 145/ part 66.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts with flexibility to work on weekends.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
  • High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
  • Proficient in MS Office and have SAP experience.
  • Knowledge of the English language (level B1); knowledge of German is a plus.
