Your Responsibilities

As a GTF Engine Technician, you will:

• Assemble and disassemble aircraft engines and engine modules (PW1100G-JM).
• Complete all assigned work technically and administratively in accordance with regulations.
• Perform assigned work on time while ensuring quality standards.
• Apply Lean methodology in your work.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety.
• Handle equipment in an environmentally conscious manner.
• Work independently, demonstrating economic thinking and actions.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Experience in Engine MRO (specifically with CFM, PW, GE, or RR Engines).
• An independent, precise, and responsible working style.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good health condition, resilience, and flexibility.
• A sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation.
• Proficient English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• A willingness to work in 2 shifts.
