Your Responsibilities

As a GTF Engine Technician, you will:

• Assemble and disassemble aircraft engines and engine modules (PW1100G-JM).
• Complete all assigned technical and administrative tasks in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining high quality standards.
• Apply Lean methodology to enhance efficiency.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety.
• Handle equipment with environmental consciousness.
• Work independently while demonstrating economic thinking and actions.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in Engine MRO (specifically with CFM, PW, GE, or RR Engines).
• A precise, responsible, and independent working style.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A good level of physical health, resilience, and flexibility.
• Personal responsibility and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of German is an advantage).
• Willingness to work in two shifts.
