Your Role and Responsibilities

As a GTF Engine Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Assembly and disassembly of aircraft engines and engine modules (PW1100G-JM)
• Technical and administrative completion of all assigned work in accordance with regulations
• Performing assigned work on time while ensuring the quality of work
• Application of Lean methodology to enhance efficiency
• Continuous improvement of processes aimed at enhancing quality and safety
• Environmentally conscious handling of equipment and resources
• Independent work with an economic mindset

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in Engine MRO (working with CFM, PW, GE, or RR Engines)
• An independent, precise, and responsible working style
• Strong team and communication skills
• Good health condition, resilience, and flexibility
• A sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts
