Position Overview: GTF Engine Technician

As a GTF Engine Technician, you will:

• Assemble and disassemble aircraft engines and engine modules (PW1100G-JM).
• Complete all assigned work technically and administratively in accordance with regulations.
• Perform work on time while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Apply Lean methodology in daily tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes aimed at enhancing quality and safety.
• Handle equipment and resources with environmental consciousness.
• Work independently with a focus on economical thinking and decision-making.

Your Profile

• Experience in Engine MRO, particularly with CFM, PW, GE, or RR Engines.
• Possess an independent, precise, and responsible working style.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Good health condition; resilient and flexible.
• A strong sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts.
