Position Overview: GTF Engine Technician

As a GTF Engine Technician, you will:

• Assemble and disassemble aircraft engines and engine modules (PW1100G-JM)
• Complete all assigned work technically and administratively in accordance with regulations
• Perform assigned work on time while ensuring quality
• Apply Lean methodology
• Continuously improve processes with the aim of enhancing quality and safety
• Handle equipment and resources in an environmentally conscious manner
• Work independently while exhibiting an economic way of thinking and acting

Your Profile

• Experience in Engine MRO (in CFM, PW, GE, or RR Engines)
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style
• Strong team and communication skills
• Good health, resilience, and flexibility
• Personal responsibility and self-motivation are essential
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage
• Willingness to work in two shifts
