Your Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble aircraft engines and engine modules (PW1100G-JM)
• Complete all assigned work technically and administratively in accordance with regulations
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
• Apply Lean methodology to improve efficiency
• Continuously enhance processes to improve quality and safety
• Handle equipment with environmental consciousness
• Demonstrate independent work habits while maintaining an economic approach to tasks

Your Profile

• Experience in Engine MRO (in CFM, PW, GE, or RR Engines)
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Good health, resilience, and flexibility
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts
